Me

Hi there!
​
My name is Alice, and I was born and raised in Italy.
I started dancing when I was 3 years old.
​
At the age of 18, I moved to Rome to follow a professional dance course at DAF (Dance Arts Faculty).
After receiving my certification as a contemporary dancer, I started working as a professional dancer on a few projects in Rome and later in Amsterdam.​
​
Through dancing, I became exposed to the world of Pilates.
​
I followed Kineticode Teacher Training and graduated as a Pilates Mat teacher. I completed a second Pilates certification at Smartbody Studio Amsterdam, graduating as a Pilates Mat and Equipment Teacher.
​
In 2021, I concluded my third Pilates certification with BASI Comprehensive Global Program.
​
I have completed a couple of certified courses, such as FAMI-Functional Anatomy for Movement (2020), Pilates for Runners (2021) and Pilates for Injuries and Pathology (2022).
Thanks to my dance background, yoga practice, and Pilates certifications, I know very well how the body works during training, sports, and postural exercises, and I’m eager to share my knowledge with my clients.

My Vision
I am passionate about movement and the body as a mover. I always try to improve and expand my knowledge, exploring new practices and techniques that I can share with my clients.
My curiosity and constant learning help me offer my clients new movement patterns and the best experience during their training.

I promote healthy training to achieve a good body shape, correct posture, and deep body awareness.
​
I love to see people improve their strength, power, and mobility when they regularly train following the Pilates method in combination with a good stretching routine. It’s an honor to share my experience and knowledge to help others grow.
